Move In/Out Cleaning Services

Whether you are moving in to a new home that needs cleaning or you are a landlord that needs a clean home for your next renters, we have the service for you.

What you can expect from a Move In/Move Out Cleaning:
Cleaning of baseboards, windows sills, fans, vents, doors frame, cupboard doors.
Removing cobwebs.
Vacuum and wash wood floors.

Kitchen:
Cleaning off counters top, stove, microwave, sink, faucets, fridge, front stainless, front dishwasher.

Bathroom:
Cleaning of mirror, sinks, vanity, toilet, shower tub & wall, floor washing.

Laundry Room:
Washing the floor and dust all the appliances.

How do I get started?
It’s as easy as giving us a call!

The first thing we will do is visit your home to discuss your individual cleaning needs and to give you a free estimate.

We will provide you with a list of our services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to do for you.
Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests, and you will be provided with a copy. This is not a contract, but merely another way to guarantee you our personalized, consistent and timely service.
 
Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?
This is your option. Many of our customers provide us with a garage code as well as when necessary alarm codes. We keep your access information extremely secure..

What if I need to reschedule a house cleaning?
We require 48 hours notice and will try to accommodate your rescheduled cleaning request as best as possible. Failure to notify us of a cancellation 48 hours or more in advance may result in a rescheduling fee of $50.

How do I pay for my cleaning?
Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay by cash, check, or transfer.
Many customers leave a check, payable to J&K Brightness, on their kitchen table or countertop.

What If I accidentally lock you out on my cleaning day?
If we are unable to get into your home on your cleaning day, you may be assessed a lock-out fee. Most of our customers either provide us with a key or hide one in a lock box on the premises on house cleaning day.
 
What should I do about my security/alarm system on house cleaning day?
If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give our staff access to your home on your scheduled day. Some customers set up a guest or temporary code for us.
 
What should I do with my pets during the house cleaning?
We like pets, but please tell us if you have any and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know, such as if they are friendly, where they will be during our visit etc. Although it’s not a requirement, We’d suggest that pets are kept away from the cleaning areas so that we can clean better.
